Inside a Paint Cage in a secret area. From the Tainted Sanctuary Expedition Flag, head down and on the first fork of the path, take the path on the left. On the second fork, take the right path to a large area with a large broken tree in the middle. From the tree, take the path on the right, continue down the path on the right and go through the crawl space on the left.
