From the Glacial Falls Expedition Flag, continue along the path to the right, take the rope up, and head to the end to grapple across to the cliff ahead. At the end of this path, there are broken tracks and wall structures. Climb up the structure towards the right, turn around and grapple to the floating train. Take the rope down to pick up Burn Affinity on another train.
